We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Care Assistant to join our team at St Helens Hall, a 94-bedded residential home for older adults. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and daily activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain high standards within the care home environment
- Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure residents' needs are met
