About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Care Assistant to join our team at St Helens Hall CareHome. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Support residents to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental health, such as exercise, hobbies, and social events
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met and their care plans are implemented
