We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor/Lawyer to join our team at Sellick Partnership Limited. As a key member of our Social Care and Safeguarding team, you will provide advice and representation in all areas of Adult Social Care law.

Our team is Lexcel accredited and has been shortlisted for several awards, including the Local Government Chronicle's "Team of the Year 2024" and the LexisNexis "Customer Focus Award 2024".

Key duties of the Adult Social Care Solicitor/Lawyer:

  • Providing advice and assistance to clients on Adult Social Care matters, including DOLs and Court of Protection matters
  • Representing clients in court to ensure their rights are protected
  • Working collaboratively with the Social Care and Safeguarding team to deliver legal advice and support

Ideal requirements of the Adult Social Care Solicitor/Lawyer:

  • Previous experience dealing with Adult Social Care matters
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Local government experience is desirable, but we welcome applications from people with experience in all areas of the legal sector
