Care Manager for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our home for adults with learning disabilities in St Helens.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of operational experience in a health and social care setting, with a proven track record of mentoring a team to achieve their goals. A Level 3 qualification in social care is desirable but not essential.
The annual salary for this position includes a basic salary of £34,676.22, with an additional £60 per sleep-in shift. The successful candidate will also receive a set rate of £70 for each additional sleep-in shift worked.
