Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our Central Services team at Partners For Inclusion Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes across different functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Health and Safety teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
