This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Central Services team at Partners For Inclusion Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes across different functions within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Health and Safety to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these.
  • Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics to inform business decisions.
