Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Streamline Search. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects of high quality and complexity, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that team members are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that potential issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other project stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the water industry or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Recognized project management certifications, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
