Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Partners For Inclusion Group. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes across different functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Health and Safety teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
