Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver an efficient rent recovery service to ensure tenants have access to the support they need
* Manage and oversee the full rent recovery process, including former tenant arrears
* Provide support to tenants by reviewing benefit entitlements and offering guidance where possible
* Serve notices when necessary to seek possession of properties and attend court proceedings as required
* Develop relationships with local authority benefits teams and third-party agencies
* Identify and signpost vulnerable residents to relevant support agencies

Requirements:

* Proven experience in credit control or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
