Job Title: Packaging Account Manager

Salary: Basic Salary £25k to £29k + commission

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as an Internal Account Manager for a growing part of their business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and building strong, long-lasting relationships with globally renowned FMCG brands.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the packaging industry. They will be required to translate client needs into actionable insights for the business and use influencing and negotiation skills to convert sales leads into orders and upsell where possible.

The role requires a candidate who is good with numbers, maintaining pricing levels to optimize sales and margin. Knowledge of the packaging merchanting industry and e-commerce would be advantageous.
