Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Internal Account Manager for a growing part of the business. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong customer relationships, and translate client needs into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a set portfolio of accounts and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Translate client needs into actionable insights for the business.
- Use influencing and negotiation skills to convert sales leads into orders and upsell where possible.
- Maintain pricing levels to optimize sales and margin.
- Understand which products best match customer needs, requiring knowledge of the packaging industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the packaging industry.
- Knowledge of the packaging merchanting industry and e-commerce would be advantageous.
- Highly organized individual with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and exceptional results.
