We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Shop Assistant to join our team in Downley. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and that our shop volunteers are engaged and motivated.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating the shop and its resources efficiently and effectively
- Maximising sales and profitability
- Engaging and motivating shop volunteers
- Providing excellent customer care
- Overseeing the daily running of the shop on the Manager's days off
