About the Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and to engage and lead a team of retail volunteers.
Main Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently operate the shop and all its resources in accordance with the guidance and instruction provided by senior management.
- Maximise sales and profitability of the shop.
- Engage and motivate the team of retail volunteers.
- Provide and inspire excellence in customer care.
- Oversee the daily running of the shop on the manager's days off.
- Act as a brand ambassador, actively demonstrating the company's values and positively promoting the services provided.
