- Task Implementation: Set and implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
- Sales Maximisation: Drive exceptional sales results through the execution of a clearly defined operating plan.
- Stock Ordering: Complete daily stock orders to ensure store availability.
About the Role: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead a multi-million-pound store, inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, deputising for the Store Manager, and implementing tasks to ensure effective service and stock management.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or leader in a fast-paced retail, leisure, or hospitality environment. You must be motivated by results, thrive on achieving high standards, and excel in delivering excellent customer service. You will also need to be flexible and willing to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home location and other commutable stores.
