We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to assist in the day-to-day running of our retail shop at South Bucks Hospice at Butterfly House. The Assistant Shop Manager will play a key role in driving sales and supporting our care services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, with experience in managing day-to-day operations, including stock management, customer service, and sales growth. They will be responsible for assisting the Retail Team in achieving sales targets, managing shop displays, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a member of our Retail Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our care services, while also developing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our Retail Team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a part-time permanent role, working 30 hours per week on a rota basis, with a competitive salary of £17,846. You will receive pro-rata'd 25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus bank holidays. We also offer an employer contributory pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the retail shop
  • Drive sales and support care services
  • Manage shop displays and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the growth and development of care services
  • Work closely with the Retail Team to achieve sales targets
