About the Role

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to lead an exceptional neuro-behavioral rehabilitation service. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries, including traumatic brain injury and strokes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the assessment, planning, and implementation of personalized support plans for service users. This includes addressing their general care needs, maximizing independence, and facilitating community participation in collaboration with the individual, their advocates, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate annual reviews, regular care plan assessments, and risk evaluations for individuals receiving support. These processes involve engaging with families, care managers, key workers, and other pertinent parties.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of all reports and records to guarantee compliance with best practices, legal requirements, and organizational standards. This encompasses areas such as health and safety, personnel data, care plans, and staff supervisions.
