Key Responsibilities- Carry out pathway plans reviews, statutory visits, and risk assessments for care experienced young people in Lincolnshire.
- Offer information, advice, guidance, and support with accommodation, health, education, employment, and independent living skills.
- Work in partnership with other agencies to provide information, advice, and guidance on employment, education, and training, finance, and health issues.
- Assist specialist workers in supporting care experienced young people to attain their employment, housing, educational, and emotional wellbeing aspirations.
- Manage own diary, workload, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Good level of knowledge and competency in the use of IT, including Microsoft programs and internal platforms and systems.
- Experience of professional report writing skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a self-managed demanding role.
- Participation in the delivery of the Urgent Support service.
- Essential driving license and ability to travel nationwide, occasional overnight stays.
