About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Manager to join our Finance team at Inspired Learning Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, reconciling systems and bank accounts, and monitoring purchase orders to ensure timely payments to suppliers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of clerks and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile systems and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely payments to suppliers
  • Manage a small team of clerks and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or financial operations role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
