**Job Scope**:
We are looking to recruit a Store and Stock Supervisor to join our Hospitality team. In the role of Store and Stock Supervisor within our Hospitality Team, your primary responsibility is to collaborate closely with our procurement department. Your core duties include overseeing the efficient reception, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment, while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout our facilities.

The Store and Stock Supervisor day to day tasks involve validating received supplies against requisitions and orders, managing delivery documentation, and maintaining par stock levels. You'll also conduct monthly inventories and keep meticulous records of expenditures.

This part-time position entails 25 hours of work per week, spread over 5 days, with shifts from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, occasionally including weekends.

As the Store and Stock Supervisor, your core responsibilities include overseeing the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and managing the storage of a wide range of supplies, such as food, beverages, disposables, and operational stock. You will also ensure the accuracy of deliveries, handle invoice processing, conduct routine stock audits, and uphold a high standard of cleanliness across all storage areas.

**Do you have?**
- Education to GCSE level or equivalent, including proficiency in math and English
- Relevant qualification in food and beverage
- Prior experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, including handling supplies, goods requisitions, and deliveries
- Proficiency with Inventory and Materials Management Systems
- Familiarity with Health and Safety policies, relevant legislation, and procedures
- Understanding of standards for issuing and receiving goods
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.95 per hour
