Main Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and monitor all PPE, clinical goods receipting, ordering, and inventory management tasks
- Visit service user departments, undertake meetings with end users concerning stock issues, and undertake inventory stock ordering using Automatic Data Capture, handheld devices, and other Materials Management systems
- Liaise with the relevant Trust Team/committees as well as external partners from NCL and NHS Supply Chain on a daily basis
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers, NHS Supply Chain, and other stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely stock management, including ordering, receiving, and storing of clinical and other stock
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Materials Management policies and procedures

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse group of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Person Specification- A-level or NVQ L3 or equivalent experience of at least 2 years in a related environment
- Inventory Management skills
- Experience of distribution and storage of high-turnover critical stock lines
- IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and web-based searches
- Understanding of procurement processes and methodology
- Ability to run-back order checks and avoid stock-out situations
- Understanding of eProcurement and ability to raise purchase orders
- Working relationship with key suppliers, NHS Supply Chain
- Basic awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace
