Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Healthcare Homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychological needs, and develop and implement plans to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patients' needs are met and that their rights are respected.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices and procedures, including medication administration and medical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
