Job Summary

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to lead our care team in delivering exceptional patient care. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership, supporting residents with complex needs, and striving for clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide visionary leadership to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
    • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring residents receive tailored support.
  • Clinical Expertise
    • Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention, and wound care.
    • Develop and maintain clinical skills, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting open and transparent relationships.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Experience in clinical leadership and management
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care assessment tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
