Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Partner Sales Manager to expand our partner network and drive sales through strategic alliances in the telecoms industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a partner sales strategy to increase revenue and expand our network.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to grow our business.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with current partners to drive sales and growth.
  • Collaborate with partners on business plans and sales strategies to achieve mutual goals.
  • Monitor partner performance to ensure sales targets are met and provide regular training sessions on our products.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and report on sales activities and results to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets through partnerships and a strong understanding of the telecoms industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate and influence partners and clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
