We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances and ensure the achievement of our sales targets within the telecoms industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our network.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and sales strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide support to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular partner training sessions to keep partners informed about our products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partner-driven sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
