Telecoms Partnership Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Sales Manager to join our team at First Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic partner sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our partner network.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to enhance our sales capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and sales strategies.
- Monitor partner performance and provide support to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct regular partner training sessions to keep partners informed about our products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partner-driven sales initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
