Job Title: Partner Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Sales Manager to join our team at First Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive partner sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our partner network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partner sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our network and increase sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term success and growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and sales strategies that align with our company goals.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide support to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular partner training sessions to keep partners informed about our products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partner-driven sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
