About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Prospecting Business Development Manager to join our team at NFU Mutual.

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and assessing commercial business prospects to share with partner Agents, as well as acting as a senior referral point for technical queries within the Prospecting Team.

You will deliver short-term projects and monitor the accuracy of work completed by Corporate Prospecting Analysts and Coordinators, providing feedback and upskilling to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Additionally, you will support the technical development and training of team members to meet required standards and fully realise the benefits of the Prospecting team.

About You

We are looking for a professional with strong experience within Commercial Underwriting gained at NFU Mutual.

You will be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of NFU Mutual's risk appetite and its application.

You will be a strong communicator with the ability to forge and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at all levels of seniority, as well as the ability to influence decisions.
