Job Description Summary

Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Engineering function and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Contribute to organizational projects, including process improvement initiatives, and serve as a focal point for the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all activities related to digital transformation to maintain an effective operating rhythm with reports and dashboard preparation. Assist in initiatives to automate and digitize processes, identify opportunities for simplification and optimization, track, and document business data sources.
  • Track and administer digital transformation projects and other improvement activities across the campus. Manage digital reporting tools and dashboards; support the implementation of digital tools.
  • Develop a basic understanding of key business drivers to inform process and collaborative tool improvements. Understand how the engineering function and work of the Eng Ops team integrate with and contribute to Engineering and the overall function of the business.
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills to build internal stakeholder relationships and effectively explain Eng Ops processes and data analysis outputs to others.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create a plan of action, implementation, and tracking to ensure the success of project implementations.
  • Utilize and analyze data to create proposals and drive decisions.

Security Clearance:
