**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, assisting with month-end management accounts, and preparing daily bank reconciliations in multiple currencies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
* Assist with the preparation of month-end management accounts
* Prepare daily bank reconciliations in multiple currencies
* Prepare third-party and intercompany bank payments
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts
* Prepare monthly staff payroll
* Perform ad-hoc finance administration tasks
**Requirements**
* AAT or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Previous experience in financial operations, preferably in AP/AR
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
