**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Coordinator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our estate agency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and appointments with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems for client information and transactions.
  • Assist with marketing activities, including the creation of promotional materials and updates.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.

**Client-Facing Responsibilities**

  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their property transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in an estate agency or a similar administrative/negotiation role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of the local property market would be an advantage.
