Operations Coordinator

Brave is seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Real Estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in the overall management of Real Estate assets, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and offer a safe and pleasant environment for customers, staff, and visitors.
- Manage a variety of external and on-site contractors, ensuring that health and safety standards are met and that all premises are compliant, well-presented, and secure.
- Coordinate property maintenance, cost budgeting, and control, working both on-site and in an office environment.
- Identify and resolve maintenance and repair issues, undertaking project management of refurbishment works as needed.
- Support the management of health and safety, including risk assessments, assisting with fire drills, and ensuring the welfare of people on site.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and the public, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using email and report writing.
- A strong understanding of property maintenance and management principles, with experience in managing external and on-site contractors.
