Key Responsibilities:
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee property maintenance activities, including budgeting and cost control.
- Contractor Management: Assist with the coordination of contractor activities on site, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Maintenance and Repair: Identify and resolve maintenance and repair issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Project Management: Undertake project management of refurbishment works, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Health and Safety: Support the management of health and safety, including risk assessments, fire drills, and ensuring the welfare of people on site.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with tenants, contractors, and the public, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on relevant matters.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
