Operations Assistant

Join our team at Brave Human Capital Group and take on the exciting role of Operations Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Real Estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property maintenance, cost budgeting, and control, working both on-site and in an office environment.
  • Coordinate contractor activities on site and identify and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
  • Undertake project management of refurbishment works and support the management of health and safety, including risk assessments and fire drills.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and the public, and maintain accurate records of all activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
