Operations Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at i2i Recruitment. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client, a dynamic and innovative company based in Cheltenham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place orders and coordinate with suppliers, shipping forwarders, and production facilities
- Keep schedules and systems up to date
- Facilitate communication across departments
- Organize meetings and prepare key documentation
- Assist with inventory management and supply chain activities
- Analyse data to support key planning initiatives
- Identify areas for process improvement and support operational projects
Requirements:
- Experience in operations or administration (desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player with great problem-solving skills
