Administrator - Operations Department

Neath - Onsite

Videalert, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Transportation Technology Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating work orders for the production process, from sale to creation and delivery to our customer. While previous experience is not required, attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our delivery processes through effective workflow management.

Key Tasks:

  • Controlling and managing work orders into Production.
  • Monitoring the progress of work orders and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on status and any issues.
  • Supporting the coordination of our despatch process, liaising with our Field Engineers to ensure our product is sent to the correct location via our logistics solution.
  • Conducting quality audits via our asset management system, to ensure accuracy of the information held for our clients.
  • Supporting the end-to-end change management process within HALO ITSM, ensuring all changes are tested prior to release, reviewed, and approved in accordance with ITIL standards.
  • Working with our Power Bi team to implement and maintain reports.
