Marston Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and taking ownership of the company's relationships with our existing clients, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our contractual obligations, including inception, delivery, service and renewal, operational control, client communication, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all renewals and extensions for client contracts, including financial and performance-based KPIs.
- Promote the organisation's scope of offerings and identify additional sales opportunities to support the wider company's growth targets.
- Build and nurture essential relationships with our new and existing client base, responding to any queries, concerns or issues as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Take ownership of specific projects when they arise, such as the roll out of new firmware, relocations, or new additions to the client's existing estate.
- Work with various departments across Technology, including Client Services, Product and Development, to identify and define requirements for complex issues, collaborating with the appropriate stakeholders to design and implement positive outcomes.
- Undertake business travel as required.
- Proven and demonstrable experience of building strong client relationships and ensuring retention within a client portfolio.
