Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Delivery Coordinator to join our Transportation Technology Team at Marston Holdings Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control work orders into production, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
  • Monitor work order progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on status and any issues.
  • Support the coordination of our dispatch process, liaising with field engineers to ensure accurate product delivery via our logistics solution.
  • Conduct quality audits via our asset management system to ensure accuracy of client information.
  • Support the end-to-end change management process within our IT service management tool, ensuring all changes are tested, reviewed, and approved in accordance with ITIL standards.
  • Collaborate with our Power BI team to implement and maintain reports, enabling accurate reporting.
  • Occasionally travel to other sites for meetings and training.

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Computer literacy and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with IT service management tools, such as HALO ITSM, is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexibility to travel to other sites with occasional overnight stays.

  • Salary: up to £26,000 per annum.
