Supermarket Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to take on the role of Supermarket Shift Supervisor. In this position, you will be an integral part of our retail operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Supermarket Shift Supervisor, your duties will include:
  • Delivering an outstanding shopping experience, maintaining high standards of service and product quality.
  • Leading and mentoring the team during shifts to ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Addressing any issues that arise and reporting them to the Supermarket Team Manager as necessary.
  • Onboarding and guiding new employees through their initial training and departmental orientation.
  • Taking a hands-on approach to supermarket responsibilities and warmly welcoming customers.
  • Collaborating with the team to uphold cleanliness and safety in the supermarket environment.
  • Consistently prioritizing Health & Safety protocols.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rates are as follows: 16 to 17 years from 7.50, 18 to 20 years from 9.97, and 21+ years from 11.44, with an additional 1 per hour for shift leaders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in a retail setting.
  • Previous leadership experience in a shift-based role.
  • Strong ability to guide and develop team members.
