Retail Sales Supervisor
Dynamite Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Retail Sales Supervisor for our esteemed client.

This position is ideal for individuals in the retail sector who aspire to advance their careers within a prestigious brand.


Compensation:
£13.81 per hour

Role Overview:
This position entails 15 hours of work per week, distributed over two shifts of 7.5 hours each, under a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, providing product insights, and assisting at the checkout.
- Supporting the team with inquiries and serving as a point of contact in the absence of management.
- Documenting performance metrics and executing promotional initiatives.
- Opening and closing the store at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Reconciling cash at the end of the shift and reporting daily figures.
- Managing visual merchandising tasks to ensure optimal product display and safety.
- Acting in a managerial capacity when senior staff are unavailable.


Required Experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills are crucial, with experience in retail or hospitality being advantageous.
- Candidates should be motivated, passionate, and diligent.
- Proficiency in computer skills is necessary, along with the ability to thrive under pressure and a commitment to surpassing customer expectations.
