Le Labo - Retail Supervisor - 15 HoursPosition Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and motivating Retail Supervisor to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the effective and seamless operation of the store.

Your exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities will be key in leading by example, demonstrating the behaviors that the sales team must embody to deliver inspirational, genuine, and personalized customer service, ultimately achieving all sales and customer service objectives.

Additionally, your expertise in retail and cash management will be essential for performing crucial start and end-of-day cash reconciliations. You will also be entrusted with the responsibility of opening and closing the store on a scheduled basis.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Capability to deliver inspirational, genuine, and personalized customer service.
  • While not mandatory, prior experience in retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is advantageous.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to meet sales and customer service goals, is preferred.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior experience with retail point-of-sale systems.
  • Candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
