Aftersales Manager Opportunity

We are working closely with a main dealership to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee the service department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a main dealer in excellent facilities, reporting directly to the Dealer principal.

Your primary focus will be to ensure customers receive exceptional levels of service, in line with brand expectations. You will oversee the front-of-house team, including technicians, service advisors, administration staff, and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in the service department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze department performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer principal to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
