We are working closely with a main dealership to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee the service department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a main dealer in excellent facilities, reporting directly to the Dealer principal.

Your primary focus will be to ensure customers receive exceptional levels of service, in line with brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the front-of-house team, including Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration team, and drivers.
  • Mentor and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Be proactive to anticipate customer needs and demands.
  • Lead by example and be an ambassador for the brand and dealer group.

Requirements:
