About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team at the Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Head and Neck Oncology MDT Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the capacity of our department.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing locum consultant services, including participating in the service assisting colleagues with maxillofacial trauma, and demonstrating skills that complement and expand the existing skill mix in Head and Neck Oncology.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing complex cases with experience in microvascular surgery, and will be registered with the General Dental Council. They will also be expected to participate in the training and supervision of junior medical staff and allied health professionals.
