About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatients and Pre-Assessment teams at The McIndoe Centre in East Grinstead.

This is a bank position offering excellent flexibility, and you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our highly valued patients.

About You

  • NVQ 2 and/or 3 qualified.
  • A passionate and empathetic individual with experience of working with a variety of patients.
  • Personal and approachable, with a real motivation to support everyone who walks through The McIndoe Centre doors.
  • Excellent communication skills to build respected relationships with your team and patients.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
