About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatients and Pre-Assessment teams at The McIndoe Centre in East Grinstead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and nursing experts to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a culture of mutual respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care through ongoing learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • NVQ 2 and/or 3 qualification.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
