We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Resourcing Team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the security industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business plan to grow revenue for the company
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets and clients
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations to develop strategies to win new business and improve service delivery
- Participate in cross-functional teams and help manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract execution
- Systematically network with clients and decision-makers to ensure maximum coverage
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the security industry
- In-depth knowledge of the security industry and its trends
- Full UK driving license
- Car allowance
