Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing reports, updating records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including team members, management, and other departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of our operations.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using email, word processing, and spreadsheet software, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
