Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance to maintain high standards.
    • Manage planning permission submissions and ensure timely completion.
  • Tenant Relations:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
    • Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, lease agreements, and deposits.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage property budgets to achieve financial goals.
    • Handle rent and service charge collection, ensuring timely payment.
    • Deliver regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Marketing and Leasing:
    • Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
    • Conduct viewings and handle leasing negotiations.
    • Maintain accurate records of property occupancy and availability.
  • Compliance and Legal:
    • Ensure all properties comply with local laws and regulations.
    • Stay up-to-date on property law changes and implement necessary updates.
    • Manage lease agreements and renewals in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management:
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
    • Negotiate contracts and oversee work quality.
    • Evaluate performance and maintain relationships with service providers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager.
  • Strong understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
  • In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
  • Customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills.
