We are in search of a distinguished Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our executive team and guide the organization through its next growth phase.

Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, the CPO will assume complete responsibility for the product vision, strategy, and execution of the product roadmap.

You will lead a dedicated and high-performing team of product professionals, mentoring them to establish a world-class product management organization. As an inspiring leader, you will attract exceptional and diverse talent to the product team.

This role presents a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a mission-driven, successful, high-growth, international consumer fintech company at a crucial juncture in its evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a cohesive product strategy aligned with Cleo's mission and strategic goals, collaborating closely with the CEO and executive leadership.
  • Develop a top-tier product management function, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities to facilitate effective execution.
  • Mentor and lead the current team of product managers and directors, encouraging innovation and experimentation.
  • Establish clear objectives and key results, regularly assessing progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional products swiftly, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability within the product organization.
  • Streamline processes, eliminate obstacles, and align stakeholders, particularly with the leadership team.
  • Contribute as a valued member of Cleo's executive leadership team.
