Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a dedicated Social Media Manager at Luna PR, you will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing social media strategies that boost the online presence, engagement, and brand recognition of our client companies within the blockchain ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with management and internal teams to devise creative social media strategies that align with business goals and target demographics.
  • Content Development: Generate, create, and curate captivating content tailored for various social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Telegram.
  • Community Management: Cultivate and oversee active online communities.
  • Campaign Management: Organize, schedule, and implement social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate social media performance using various tools to deliver regular insights and reports, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner with graphic designers and PR experts to ensure a unified approach to messaging and outreach.
  • Industry Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors to create timely and relevant content.
  • Paid Advertising Management: Oversee and optimize paid social media initiatives, including budget management, audience targeting, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience (3-4 years) in managing social media for crypto-related initiatives or within the blockchain industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency landscape.
  • Proficient in social media management tools, analytics software, and content creation applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Creative mindset and proactive approach to social media strategy development.
  • Able to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple projects.
  • A genuine interest in staying informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
  • Previous experience in a PR or marketing agency focused on the crypto sector is advantageous.
